AVG free antivirus is by far the best free choice in the antivirus space. It's lightweight, does a great job, and is free.

AVG free anitvirus. I don't know the link, but my dad installed it right before i went to college a year ago and no problems here ^^

ccleaner.exe is a very good cleaner, that removes a variety of current viruses...id suggest AVG otherwise
